Shipping & Returns
Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12:00 (pm) CET same day. Orders placed after 12pm CET, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched.

PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS
If you ordered a pre-order style, it will not be shipped immediately. All available non pre-order items purchased will be shipped immediately. The estimated shipping time is listed on your order invoice and on the product page. We are unable to provide exact dates but will contact you if we become aware of any delay. Your pre-order style will ship separately when it arrives. We are unable to cancel any pre-orders unless we have offered a cancellation to you.

^ Prices displayed in non-NOK/EURO currencies are approximate conversions only. These may fluctuate based on fees charged by your financial institution and conversion rates. The price of an item will change back to NOK/EURO at checkout and you will be charged in NOK. This order total will be converted by your bank at the time of purchase using their exchange rate, and any processing fees you are subject to in regards to international transactions will be charged to you separately by your bank.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return your parcel to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received by us - you will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS HOLDS
Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in touch with us and we will happily look into this for you.
DELIVERY METHOD - Outside EUROPE
All orders to the outside europe are shipped via DHL Express and should arrive within 3-4 business days once shipped. If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or contact you via email/phone to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If you contact DHL and authorise authority to leave on your parcel, we are not responsible for any theft, damage or non-delivery of your parcel. We do not recommend changing your delivery method from our signature service.
If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking as some drivers do not leave cards when they attempt delivery. To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.
Please note, we do not ship to selected countries and you will be notified of this at checkout.

RETURN PROCESS
Before shipping an item back to us, you must request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 14 days of receiving your order. This will ensure our returns department receive your request, rather than our customer care team. Make sure you include your order number in your email so that we can process your return quickly for you.

We do not allow returns for the following:
- Sale items can not be exchanged/returned
- Products purchased during a promotional sale period
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition
- Products without their tags attached
- Products that appear used
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
RETURN POSTAGE
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
EXTENDED RETURNS - CHRISTMAS ORDERS
If you make a purchase as a gift for Christmas from 1 December to 19 December, you are more than welcome to return your order up until 31 January.
